Sailing Charter Cuisine

Lunch on Chao Lay during a Start Yachting taster course in Grenada

Chao Lay has a spacious deck dining area which is frequently used for al fresco dining on our Caribbean crewed boat charters. Guests can relax and enjoy the stunning views of tropical paradise, while experiencing the fresh flavours and cuisine of the Grenadines. The comfortable dining area below also provides a perfect atmosphere for sharing the days sailing stories over a delicious meal.

Breakfast on Chao Lay | Bluewater Sailing | Grenada

The cuisine on our Caribbean crewed boat charters is fresh and appetising. There is a good reason why Grenada is called the “Spice Island” – heavenly spice trees grow freely in the countryside, tantalising the senses with sweet fragrances of nutmeg and cinnamon. Fresh fruit and vegetables are grown throughout the islands, and there are lots of opportunities to try new things that you have never tasted before. When sailing, your skipper will throw out a line for the freshest fish you have ever eaten! Our skippers are excellent cooks – read our testimonials!
